Good adaptation of the website, but not always stable and no iPad app available

gives you most of the information you get on the website too, not working well without wifi

Immoweb was a great help for me to find an apartment to rent in Belgium. Now I am using it to find a property to buy. Very useful app especially for people living abroad.

Overall this is a great website and app, though its annoying when multiple agencies list their own version of the same home. Should be a way to consolidate. Also, would be nice to include a search function that goes beyond zip code to filter for the specific lieu-dit. For the iPhone app specifically, why eliminate the filter for most advanced criteria (ex. fireplace)?

Very practical app with room for improvement. It would be better if they could avoid double postings and if they could include a map with the location of all options like redfin. Offers dont vary as much from week to week as I expected for a city of the size of Brussels.

Almost impossible to change search terms

This is the single most crashing app on my phone

I gave this 5 stars just to boost it to the top. I give 1 star because when the ads appear they move the screen around and it’s so annoying

Have tried to repeatedly install this application on my wife’s phone and it doesn’t seem to ever load.

This app is thoughtfully made, easy to use, intuitive, and has good quality photos. Much better than other real estate apps I’ve used. The consistent investment and attention has paid off. For expats especially, who are unfamiliar with this area when they start searching, it would be ideal to filter by commute time to a selected location. I realise this would be quite difficult to implement, as I’m not sure where such data could be sourced, but if there were a way it would be very useful. I reduced the rating by one star because of the aggressive data collection noted in the private disclaimers.

Most of the properties are displayed without the photos. You have to open a property using the browser to see the pictures.

The best choice

Since updating the app, I was logged out. My fault for not saving my pw info, however it doesn't seem to recognize any of my email addresses to reset, so I may have to create a new account.

Très pratique et bien fait. Permet de voir les biens sauvés sur le site. Seul bémol, la partie "Mon immoweb" ne permet pas de trier par prix, commune, superficie,etc. Pas un "deal breaker" mais ça serait bien pratique.
